Soluware, which was founded over 6 years ago with the vision - making complex software simple, has developed into a successful company with over 40 employees and has implemented many interesting customer projects. The change in the management team, which took place on 01 May 2023, shows that the company continues to strive for growth and further development in terms of content.

Amelie Schulz takes over sole management and will focus more on the sales area, while Jochen Schaz continues to be responsible for software and hardware development. A notable addition to the management team is Felix Werner, as Head of Quality and Processes. He will focus on further strengthening the strategic orientation in this area. In addition, he will take over the leadership of the project management team and thus play an important role in the successful implementation of future projects.
